Dr. Adil Jaffer is a family medicine physician focused on preventive and personalized care. He earned his degrees from Miami University and the Silesian Medical Academy. Dr. Jaffer completed his residency in family medicine through Northeast Ohio Medical University (NEOMED) in Youngstown, Ohio. With an emphasis on building lasting relationships and preventing disease before it starts, he is passionate about helping patients enjoy healthier lives through proactive care. Dr. Jaffer is married with two college age sons and resides in Lakewood Ranch.
