Is there a long term contract?
No, if you are unhappy we will refund you on a prorated basis.
Do you offer weight loss medications?
Yes, if your body mass index is not ideal, weight reduction may be part of our proactive approach to preventing and minimizing disease.
Is insurance accepted?
Insurance does not cover the membership fee, but we suggest having it for outside referrals.
Which areas do you cover for house calls?
We cover Sarasota, Longboat Key, Bird Key, Venice, Osprey, Siesta Key, and Lakewood Ranch for house calls. If you're out of the area, on vacation, or at a second home, we can provide care via Telehealth.
Do you have a physical office?
Yes, we have a small, discrete office with no waiting room, and we also provide house calls.
How many doctors do you have?
We have two MD's with 50 years of combined experience. All patients have direct line access to both of them.
Do you provide hospital visits?
We will visit you in any hospital to oversee your care, and at certain hospitals, we can also be the admitting physician.
Are memberships tax deductible?
In most cases, Yes. Please consult your tax professional to confirm.
Are your services available to non-members?
No, our services are exclusive to members only.
